1. How does the AI quote allowance work?
The free tier includes 5 AI quotes per calendar month, resetting at the start of each month. Quoting, invoicing, client profiles, the service catalog and the rebook radar don't count against this allowance.
2. Does my client's payment go through Quotably?
No. Physical-service payments are collected directly through your own Stripe account — Quotably never touches the money and takes no commission; we only generate the quote and invoice. Digital subscriptions (Quotably Pro) are handled via in-app purchase, kept strictly separate from physical payments.
3. Are the AI-generated quotes accurate?
AI calibrates suggested prices against your own service-catalog defaults and past quotes, and flags any price that strays far from your historical median. You always confirm the final price — AI only assists.
4. Is the client info and photos I enter stored or used for training?
When generating a quote, your request text and photos are forwarded by our AI gateway to third-party large language model providers (such as OpenAI, Google) for that single request only — used in the moment and discarded, not stored, not used for training. Your business data (quotes, invoices, client profiles) is stored encrypted in your own account space, visible only to you.
5. How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro features stay usable until then. Refunds follow Apple's rules.
6. How do I delete my account?
In-app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This cascades and erases your quotes, invoices, clients and price book. The action cannot be undone.
