1. Service Description
Quotably is an AI quoting, invoicing, and rebooking assistant for solo service professionals (such as pet groomers, nail and lash artists, makeup artists, and tutors): it helps you quickly draft structured quotes in plain language, turn them into invoices, and follow up with repeat clients based on a suggested rebook cycle.
2. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated quotes and suggested prices are for reference only. You bear full responsibility for the final prices and terms you send to your clients and should review them before sending. AI-generated content does not represent the views or positions of Quotably, and we make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose.
3. User Conduct
You may not use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or rights-infringing activity, and you may not impersonate other people or brands. You are responsible for ensuring you have the lawful authorization of the relevant clients for any client information you enter. If we detect violations, we may suspend or terminate your account.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Collections
- Digital subscription (Quotably Pro): Pro is an auto-renewing subscription processed through the Apple App Store. You can cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; after cancellation, Pro features remain usable until the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow Apple’s rules.
- Physical-service payments: payments you collect from clients for your services are collected directly through your own Stripe account. Quotably does not handle or hold these funds and takes no commission; collection, refunds, and taxes between you and your client are your responsibility, and Quotably is not a party to that transaction.
5. Intellectual Property
The quotes, invoices, and the data within them that you create with Quotably belong to you. The Quotably app interface, brand assets, icons, and underlying technology belong to the Quotably team.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If you detect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.
7. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. We will notify users in advance of material changes.
8. Disclaimer
Quotably is provided “as is”. We make no warranty regarding uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for business outcomes arising from your use of AI-generated quotes or third-party payment services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
